A little background about me:
I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and have been here most of my life. I am an ASU Alum where I got my Bachelors Degree in Global Business with a concentration in Leadership and Management. Go Devils! Since graduation, I went on to marry my now husband of 10 years and have had two little boys along the way. They are my everything and they bring so much joy to my life!
I have always balanced family life and a full-time professional career, and over the years I have also added fitness and nutrition to the mix. I have gained a love of taking care of my mind and body through health and wellness and have made it a huge staple in my life. Fitness has been such a positive outlet for me, that I wanted to look for a way I could take it to the next level. That is when I found NPC Miles Productions! The organization allows athletes from all ages and regions to achieve physical milestones and to showcase their physical achievements in a well planned event. The organizers and judges are highly educated in the sport, so professional, and overall made the experience fun and enjoyable. They did an excellent job at making the athletes comfortable backstage, and ensured that the event went off without a hitch for everyone involved. I am so grateful for all of the work they put into it, and am honored to have been able to participate in it.
I currently train at Maximum Fitness in Scottsdale, where my trainer Woody Hunter helped me out tremendously during my competition. His knowledge gave me a strong foundation to excel, and I ended up placing 3rd in Novice and 5th in Open for my very first show. It was such an incredible experience and I feel so accomplished to have completed such an athletic milestone. I look forward to many more shows and am so grateful for the experience.
