Biography:
To give you a little background on myself, I am 20 years old and live in Arizona. I am an ex-AAA travel hockey player. I played travel hockey for 12 years which led to me getting into fitness. I have been competing for a little over a year now in men's physique and after my first show it became an addiction. My most recent shows the Arizona open where I placed 1st in men's open, I also competed at the national level at the IFBB North American championships last summer. I would have to say Miles productions shows are my favorite, I like how fluently they are ran and how organized everything is. I owe a lot of credit to my posing coach Joe Valdez from PT By Joe for always making sure my physique and posing is on point. I have been working out for 5 years consistently on my own at lifetime fitness, and the results you see in my pictures are all from my hard work, dedication and self motivation. My current sponsors are Nutrishop, and I have done some promotional work with Cyclone Cup at the Olympia and other expos.
I grew up as an athlete and my whole life was pretty much sports, I tried ice hockey at the age of 7 and immediately fell in love with the sport. I played travel hockey for about 12 years which taught me to be extremely disciplined and taught me what a real work ethic is. These habits definitely transferred onto bodybuilding and I can honestly say without playing hockey at such a high level I would not be where I'm at today with bodybuilding. I was always one of the smaller kids on the ice so my freshman year in high school my parents got me a weight set for Christmas to get me to start working out.
As a young shy freshman I remember walking into the weight room seeing all the older kids working out and I thought to myself I want to be as big and strong as they are. I went home that day and proceeded to my garage where I had my new weight set. From that day I started working out on a daily basis and working towards my goal physique. Soon enough I started seeing results and I couldn't be happier. 5 years later...I am very close to my goal physique and that image I have planted into my head. I cannot image my life without fitness, in my opinion it is the most fun and rewarding lifestyle to live. I have built incredible strengths physically and mentally and cannot wait to see where this all takes me in the future!
